As a Trainee Integrative Psychotherapist working towards BACP/IACP accreditation, I provide an inclusive and ethical space that actively affirms the rich spectrum of human experience across gender, sexuality, religion, and culture (welcoming women, men, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those from diverse cultural and faith backgrounds).

My clinical work spans both short-term and long-term contracts, encompassing a broad range of psychological presentations.
How I Will Help
I provide support for a diverse range of psychological needs, covering areas such as anxiety, relationship difficulties, and low mood, as well as significant difficulties including psychosis, suicidal ideation, addiction, and domestic violence, and social factors like housing instability.
My diverse client base has included individuals navigating challenges such as neglect, foster care, attachment disruptions, relationship abuse, ASD, ADHD, managing symptoms related to psychological distress, physical health conditions, grief, eating disorders, addiction and various issues related to self-worth, sexual identity, and anger.
This practical training, combined with my clinical commitment, makes me a confident and meaningful contributor to ethical mental health practice.
